NOTE - courses close at 2pm on Sundays. Controls will be picked up from 2pm onward. If you are likely to take the full 3 hours to run, be sure to be ready to start before 11am. Regardless of your start time, return to the finish by 2 pm. Registration closes at 11:00.
For Summer Solstice meets registration starts at 6:00 and there will be a mass start at 6:45. See further details here
