Our Running Program is starting up again
Wednesday Night Workouts:
These workouts, for members only, are about 1.25 to 1.5 hours in length including warm up, workout and cool down. They focus on the type of training that is tough to motivate yourself to do alone: intervals of different lengths, fartleks, hillwork, track workouts and running in terrain, with map exercises included as much as possible. First session : November 18.
Sunday Morning long runs
This is a more informal, self-directed meet-up, sometimes with a map involved. They will continue until the snow gives skiers another option. This is also a 'members only' program. Starts November 15
All training sessions will follow health and safety guidance from Orienteering Canada that you have become familiar with during our fall season.
