Winter Events

In the winter, we trade our orienteering shoes and bikes for skis, snowshoes and fat bikes to navigate the winter trail networks of our city and surrounding areas. Come and brave the cold with us!

Winter Events

There is nWe welcome all to these events - youngsters, oldster, walkers, runners, groups, individuals.   If you are not a member and have never participated in any Orienteering Ottawa events, you can complete a pre-registration form at home 36 hours in advance . By providing this information in advance of the event, we can include you in our on-site database, give you a better chance to read the waiver before online acceptance, make the registration process faster for you and speed up registration for all. There is no charge and no commitment at this point - the final registration and payment will be on-site on the day of the event.  We especially encourage this if you are bringing a group.

Visit our Join us page for more information about memberships and how to prepare for your first event.
